Challenge
A healthcare organization was preparing for a major industry event and wanted to raise its visibility with C-level leaders and board members in advance. The goal was to ensure executives were already familiar with the company’s innovation story before the event began.
Our Approach
We designed a 6-week LinkedIn campaign hyper-targeted to just 100 senior-level job titles, further refined by company and geography. The campaign balanced precision with efficiency, ensuring spend was maximized without limiting reach.
To feel authentic, ads repurposed existing social content, making them look and feel organic within the LinkedIn feed. We tested two approaches:
Single Ad Focus: Highlighting interoperability with a CEO quote.
Ad Rotation: Four ads featuring research findings, equity survey results, and leadership perspectives.
This A/B structure allowed us to see which messages resonated with different executive segments.
Impact
Campaign consistently hit daily spend limits, a sign of highly efficient targeting with minimal waste
Ads featuring executive quotes + 3rd party research performed best, confirming the value of credible leadership voices.
Delivered unusually strong engagement with CEOs, one of the hardest audiences to reach, and surfaced insights on how different roles (CEOs, Clinical Managers, Medical Directors) respond to different types of content

The organization not only built executive mindshare ahead of the event but also offered deeper insight into audience behavior, strengthening future marketing and thought leadership efforts.
